In summer season 2014, the resort has significantly expanded the range of its offerings for outdoor enthusiasts. In the mountainous area of the resort 3 biking and 5 hiking trails of varying length have been established. Mountain bike trails run through the mountainsides with a vertical drop of 600 meters. For convenience of cyclists, Burton’s gear and mountain bike rental will be opened at Rosa Plateau, also for them the chairlift “Volchya Skala” will operate. For those who come to the resort with their own bicycles, ascent to Rosa Plateau will be available by the cable car “Olympia”.

Hiking trails lead from Rosa Peak (2320 meters above sea level) up to Rosa Stadium (940 m). They go through the most picturesque and «viewable» areas of the mountain slopes and can give all participants of walking tours good idea of the​​ wealth of flora and fauna of the Caucasus Mountains.

Hiking and mountain biking trails will be available in summer season 2014, trails opening information will be additionally announced.

For guests who prefer less physically demanding occupations, “Rosa Khutor” resort offers the already traditional children and family “physical training” activities. In the mornings twice a week, just like last season, yoga practice will take place at Rosa Peak. At Rosa Plateau trampoline has been installed, and at Rosa-1600 natural rock climbing wall has been built. In Rosa Valley mini golf, table tennis, volleyball and badminton are available free of charge. For lovers of relaxed cycling the rental of city bicycles, scooters and skate-serfs has been opened in Rosa Valley. And numerous shops, cafes and restaurants of the resort are always waiting for lovers of shopping, gastronomic experiences or contemplation of surrounding man-made and natural beauty. Many of the restaurants and cafes have opened summer terrace on the picturesque embankments of the Mzimta river.
