On Friday, the annual general meeting of shareholders of MMC Norilsk Nickel took place. During the AGM a new Board of Directors was elected and the final dividend for 2013 of RUB 248.48 per ordinary share was approved.

Interros Group is acquiring a controlling stake in NPO Petrovax Pharm, a Russian pharmaceutical company.  The parties signed the documents in Moscow today. Arkady Nekrasov and Natalia Puchkova, NPO Petrovax Pharm founders, will retain a stake in the company, and will continue to participate in business management. Financial terms of the deal are not disclosed.

This year the biggest program of the charity foundation that supports innovations in Russian museums celebrates 10-year anniversary. Grants, which are given on competitive ground, are supposed for museum projects that drive new information technologies to expositions, promote museum programs via internet, provide equal opportunities for different audiences, make contacts with other museums, local businesses, authorities and organizations from different fields. Interros creates a managing company Interport with the goal to consolidate and manage assets in the field of transportation logistics and to build new cargo infrastructure of airports. Nowadays the fundamental points of the Interros project are cargo terminals of Sheremetyevo (Moscow) and Yemelyanovo (Krasnoyarsk) airports. In Sheremetyevo Interport will guide a developer and operator of the cargo terminal, which consists of transfer depot and terminal 21,000 m2 in area. In Krasnoyarsk Sibir Cargo Services, operator of one of the biggest cargo terminals in Siberia and Russian Far East that accommodates on 23,000 m2 and includes storage and office buildings with a total area of 10,300 m2, will run under the leadership of Interport.
