The amount of imported goods passing to Krasnoyarsk through Yemelyanovo airport have increased in the first half of 2014. The amount is 17% more than in the same period in 2013. 

Different goods are imported to the region's capital from different countries: exotic fruits, tropical aquarium fish, birds, pedigreed eggs, and hi-tech goods as satellite and telecom equipment. 

The greater part of the imported goods are flowers from the Netherlands, but the significant increase of imported good for the period from January to June this year was provided with exotic fruits from South-East Asia, Thailand for example. They are being delivered by air because of the distance and short sell-by date. 

Delivery of exotic fruits in such an amount became possible as a result of a joint project of Interport and wholesale dealer, that started spring 2013. Before that, deliveries were random and these fruits were brought in small amounts. 

According to predictions by specialist in Interport, growth dynamics will be seen in Yemelyanovo in the second half of the year too. For the whole year the growth will be around 20%.
