Interros completed the deal for the sale of its stake in Power Machines (about 30% including additional shares placed under the last concerns issue) to Highstat Limited company controlled by Alexey Mordashov. The price of the deal is based on the current stock market price of Power Machines shares. Previously, RAO UES and Siemens informed Interros that they would not exercise their preemptive right on the Power Machines stake buyout.
