Interros Supports the Production of the TV Series A Minute of Silence

On January 20, Channel One premiered the series A Minute of Silence, created with the support of Interros. The idea for the project originated from Vladimir Potanin, the founder of Interros, who contributed real-life business cases and personal insights to the creative process.

The story centers on the main character, played by Evgeny Tsyganov, who experiences memory loss, sparking a journey of inner transformation. Departing from typical cinematic portrayals, the character is neither a villain nor a perfect hero but a complex individual facing moral dilemmas and seeking a balance between self-interest and core human values. The script, written by Ilya Tilkin, and the direction of Ilya Shekhovtsov, skillfully combine elements of drama, thriller, and mystery to deliver a layered and authentic story.

Vladimir Potanin shared his thoughts on the project:

"I am delighted that the A Minute of Silence team managed to move beyond outdated stereotypes, offering viewers a new perspective on the modern Russian entrepreneur: a figure marked by doubt and inner conflict but, above all, driven by a commitment to creation, resilience in overcoming challenges, and the ability to make sound moral decisions."

Details about the project and behind-the-scenes insights are available in an interview and feature by Komsomolskaya Pravda.
