Interros will purchase the entire stake of the French Banking Group Société Générale in Rosbank and its insurance business. The terms of the transaction were agreed with the Russia’s Government Commission on Monitoring Foreign Investment. The closing of this operation should occur in the coming weeks after obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals.
Rosbank would remain the preferred partner of Société Générale in Russia.
