At the end of the Olympics, Rosa Khutor faced another challenge: to transform from a ski resort into a year-round one, from a sports facility to a tourist one. This became possible thanks to the post-Olympic development program. Today, Rosa Khutor has become a popular tourist destination, offering a year round comfortable stay and a variety of summer and winter activities: in winter - ski slopes, tubing and tobogganing; in summer - hiking trails, a network of mountain bike pistes, a free access to a private beach on the Black Sea and much more. The resort has 15 hotels with 2,557 of rooms in total. Six 3-5-star hotels are located in Rosa Dolina, at 560 meters above sea level, and another 9 hotels with ski in / ski out access in the Mountain Olympic Village at 1100 meters above sea level, as well as 5 apart-hotels (394 apartments) and a complex of 11 chalets. The resort offers a choice of 50 restaurants, bars and cafes, diverse boutiques and shops, SPAs and beauty salons, ski rentals, a kids club and a multi-level parking. The resort has an open-air stage for concerts and other events, an Ice Palace with a full-size hockey arena that meets the standards of the International Ice Hockey Federation (29x60 m).

Since 2016, the resort operates a multifunctional performance complex Rosa Hall, which is designed for various events: festivals and concerts, conferences, forums, symposiums. The complex area is 10,000 sq.m. and includes a cinema and a concert hall for 1,700 people, as well as a congress center, which houses the main conference room for 700 people and 7 more conference rooms of various capacities.

WINTER HOLIDAYS
Rosa Khutor is a great place to relax in winter. The resort has 29 cable cars from the world's leading manufacturers – Doppelmayr and Leitner-Poma. The Rosa Khutor ski area comprises 102 km of slopes of various difficulty levels and is the largest ski area in Russia. Thanks to the biggest artificial snow-making system in Europe (two artificial lakes, 404 stationary snow guns and 27 mobile ones), the skiing season at the resort lasts up to 140 days a year. There is a 2 km toboggan run as well as a tubing track.

SUMMER HOLIDAYS
In 2013, the Rosa Khutor resort began operating in the summer season, becoming a year-round resort. On June 12, cable cars, previously accessible only to skiers, were officially opened for tourists. It turned out that summer holidays in the mountains can be extremely interesting and eventful.
In summer, Rosa Khutor guests are offered a wide range of activities: the resort's own beach on the Black Sea coast, hiking routes along picturesque mountain trails, various fitness programs led by highly qualified trainers, cycling, Nordic walking. Every year the number of mountain activities increases. In 2018, Yeti Park - a rope adventure park - was opened in mountains as well as a Museum of Archeology and a Rodelbhan -summer sledges.
