Interros, as a shareholder of Norilsk Nickel, has proposed that the Company makes a request to the regulatory authorities.

Norilsk Nickel announces successful closing of the US$1.5bn facility syndication, opened on June 17, 2008.

Under the Agreement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation will provide its competent support to foreign economic activities of MMC Norilsk Nickel, rendering, in particular, advice and information to the Company to ensure joint countering of transnational organized crime and terrorism.
