Interros, a Russian investment major, is creating a new venture capital fund for the development of the Far East. The agreement with the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East was signed on September 3, 20201 by Sergei Batekhin, the General Director of Interros, and the Minister of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, Alexei Chekunkov, at the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok. More
